Quality is superb I purchased the 10k gold circle pendant. The pendant size was the smallest option and was even daintier than I was expecting. I wanted something so delicate and beautiful to wear daily with my grandma's ashes. Tears were shed when it arrived and I saw just how perfect it really was. The necklace I also purchased in 15” to which the seller double checked that it was indeed the size I wanted as it's really short. It's more than perfect for my neck. It sits high up and stays out of the way while I'm at my work. I actually forget that I'm wearing it and it has become more a part of me than anything else! I sat with this necklace in my cart for a little over a year. I went back and forth between options but this one always just stuck out to me. I had a heart engraved on the back so the heart would be close to mine.

First of all, I am very impressed with how quickly I received my order! Secondly, it was packaged so nicely with some extra little gifts that I appreciate, but did not expect! Lastly, the pendent urn is absolutely perfect!! It is exactly what I wanted, real gold, high quality, and very dainty! Definitely recommend this company!
I'm so happy with my subtle memory of my father who passed away. The jewelry was packed in such lovely package with Turkish delight and coffee. Delivery was quick and with good communication. Would definitely recommend!
Don't waste your money! Lasted not even 2 weeks before the chain connector snapped like a twig. I only even touch the product to remove it to shower, and I'm extremely gentle with it as it holds something very dear to me. Very disappointing for the price. Extremely expensive product for poor quality. The only option would be to return the product, with my dog's ashes in it - or ship the chain to be rewelded and break again. No thanks. Bought a chain for $15, and it's crafted far better and will not break.
The seller reached out to me to verify the length of the necklace and provided great customer service. The item arrived quickly and was just as described. It was beautifully wrapped, and they also included a few other little gifts in the box which was such a nice touch.
I messaged the seller to ask if they could accommodate what I wanted engraved on the necklace. They were very accommodating and responsive and mailed my necklace within 2 days of ordering. It arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully with care and little gifts! Such a lovely touch. I enjoyed opening it all.
The filling kit didn't work very well but I was able to slowly fill it with other items. Doesn't impact my appreciation for the necklace or their service. Thank you again, happy to have my brother close to my heart to carry him with me everywhere I go ❣️.
I wouldn't recommend this seller as I was unhappy with the initial placement on it. I reached out to see if it could be corrected, and I was told there was no way due to it being handmade. This item was made and ready to be shipped in less than a few hours so there's no way it's handmade. It's clearly mass produced.
The lovely packaging & thoughtful items added to my purchase of an urn pendant really brightened my day. The pendant itself is small, well made, & exactly what I was looking for to keep a little piece of my mom near me at all times.

Care instructions
- Your gold jewelry is exposed to skin oils, perspiration, dust, makeup, and more when worn on a daily basis. Clean your jewelry with a solution of 10-parts warm water and 2-parts dish soap on a daily basis to maintain the luster.
- Soak your gold jewelry pieces for 3 hours before gently scrubbing them with a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly with hot water and wipe dry with a clean towel.
- Bonus Tip: after this, polish your jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth for an extra shine!
- Attention: Gold is a soft metal. Brushing and drying should be done gently, and don't use a paper towel or tissue to avoid scratching your jewelry.
Lifetime Warranty
- All of our products are under our warranty for lifetime. Conditions below apply;
‣ If the stone falls off the item,
‣ If the lock/clasp breaks. - Also we will be more than happy to help you if your product requires small repairs or maintanence. Such as;
‣ If the product requires polishing or get scratched,
‣ If the product breaks or chain snaps,
*Return & re-delivery shipping costs belong to the customer.
*Any applicable customs taxes belong to the customer.
*Item must be sent back without any missing parts.
Weight & Length of Products
- Length is measured including clasp. The total distance between the beginning and the end of the product gives the full length. The usable length may be shorter due to the clasp mechanism, chain thickness, etc.
- Weight has ±5% error tolerance due to measurement instrument or the jewelry being manufactured by hand. Ring weights may be changed ±15% due to size.
- Necklace length may change 1/4" (6-7mm) due to the jewelry being manufactured by hand.
- Bracelet length may change 1/8" (3-4mm) due to the jewelry being manufactured by hand.
- Some chains may not be produced in the exact length as purchased due to each individual link size. In that case the chain will be made in closest length.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return period starts after delivery confirmation and it is limited to 7 days.
- Returned product must be sent by paying the shipping charges.
- The shipments sent must be traceable and must be sent to be delivered with signature.
- When you want to return/exchange the product you have bought, please contact us for details on how to make the shipment.
- Returned and exchanged items are subjected to 30$+10% re-stocking fee.
- Additional costs of ours (transportation, repair, customs tax, etc.) may be deducted.
- Custom & personalized orders cannot be returned and exchanged.

Cancellations
- To cancel your order, please get in touch within 1 hour of your purchase. We allow penalty-free cancellations within this 1-hour window and will provide a full refund.
- Order cancellations are only possible if the item has not yet been shipped.
- Cancellations after indicated time period are subjected to 10% re-stocking fee.
- Any custom order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after 1 hour of purchase.

Uncollected Packages
- We do not take responsibility for packages that are not collected.
